How do I change the email address on my account?

🚨 Your email address is very important information 🚨

The email address of your account is very important information. It serves as your login on www.imparato.io and in the application.

Therefore, we must always be able to contact you through this address and it is your responsibility to provide us with a valid email address throughout your experience with the Imparato service.

If you made a mistake when creating your Imparato account.

If you have not yet started posting a play in your space, it will be easier for you to recreate a new account with your corrected email address. Log out and then create a new account.

In case you already have one or more plays in your space and you notice that the email address of your account is wrong, as you will not have been able to confirm this address, you must open a ticket with support which will help you to solve the problem.

If your email address is no longer valid

Update your email address.

  • Log in with your current account on the Imparato website. Click on your avatar to access your account settings.
  • Change your email address

Validate the modification by clicking on Save changes.

If the Save changes button is grayed out, it may mean that your new address is not valid (without @ or . for example).

In case of problems, open a ticket with Imparato support.

  • Then press your profile picture at the top right, then Settings
  • Enter your new email address, then press Save
