Nature of data collected and purpose of processing
The use of Imparato requires the User to provide the following personal data: email address, a user name to be displayed and a profile picture.
This data is required to access the services offered by Imparato.
They are kept only for the time strictly necessary to manage the relationship with the user.
However, data that is required to establish proof of a right or contract and that must be kept in order to comply with a legal obligation will be kept for the period provided for by the law in force.
Imparato collects data on the use of the service (usage data), such as the frequency of connection, access to the plays, repetitions or settings used.
This data is linked to the user account. They allow to improve the diagnosis and the precision of the answers brought by the Support service.
DACOTHA also analyses all this usage data to understand how its users use Imparato in order to improve the service, such as adding or modifying the most suitable features.
This data is kept for a maximum of 2 years and is deleted when the user's account is deleted.
The user can refuse the collection of this information by changing the relevant setting in his personal area. The user may request the deletion of all the information collected by simply contacting the support team.
The person in charge of processing this data is the company DACOTHA, SAS with a capital of €5,340 registered in the RCS Marseille under number 839 736 006, whose registered office is at 84 avenue de Saint-Jérôme, 13013 Marseille, represented by its president, Mr Damien VINCENT.
The data collected via the application is hosted by Heroku Europe and Klaviyo Inc. Any other audio or visual content provided by the User is hosted by Cloudinary Ltd.
We inform you that we take all necessary precautions and appropriate organisational and technical measures to preserve the security, integrity and confidentiality of personal data and in particular to prevent it from being distorted, damaged or accessed by unauthorised third parties.

Application Access Permission
In order to make full use of Imparato's functionality, the application requires certain access permissions on your device.
These accesses are strictly limited to the reasons mentioned below.
Camera / Photos
If you want to change your profile picture, the application needs access to the camera and/or your photos. We only use the photo you choose, and keep it in our infrastructure until you choose another one, or until your account is deleted.
If you want to send a new play to repeat, the application needs access to the documents on your device. Our access is limited exclusively to the document you choose after explicit validation from you.
In order to stop rehearsal when you receive a call, or to detect whether your device is connected to the Internet or not, the application needs access to the status of your phone.
Also, the application needs network access to work. Unless you are connected to wifi, you must allow a cellular network connection to use it (any connection fees are your responsibility).
We use third-party cookies to anonymously analyze the use and performance of Imparato.
We do not use third-party cookies for advertising purposes.
