How to delete your account
⚠️ Deleting your account will delete all of your data (plays and companies) whether on the site or the app. The action of deleting an account is irretrievable and cannot be reversed.
To delete your account
- click on your Profile Picture (top), then Settings.
- at the bottom of the page, click on Delete Account then confirm by clicking on the red Delete button
💡 If you own a company that contains other members, you will need to first transfer ownership of the company to one of those members.
Once your account is deleted, you will receive a final email confirming the deletion and allowing you to give us feedback on your Imparato experience.
Compliance GPDR
We defend and respect the protection of your personal data. Thus, after 2 years of inactivity of your account (no connection), we will delete your account and its data automatically, after sending you a last email that gives you the possibility to object. If you own a company with other members, we will transfer its ownership to one of its members.
