How to enable (or disable) automatic renewal
When you subscribe to an Unlimited plan or a Company plan, your plan will automatically end at the end of the subscription period (3, 6 or 12 months).
But in some cases, it is possible to activate the automatic renewal of your plan. Thus, at the end of the period, it will be automatically renewed.
Eligible Palans
At this time, only the Unlimited plan, which was purchased on the website or on an Android device, allows automatic renewal.
Neither the Company Plan, nor the Unlimited Plan subscribed on an iOS device as In-App purchase (payment processed by Apple) do not allow automatic renewal. This difference comes from differences between different payment providers.
💡If you're not sure if your current plan is automatically renewable, always try the procedure described below: if there is no auto-renew button, your current plan is not eligible.
How to manage automatic renewal
- click on your Profile Picture (top), then Settings
- scroll down to the Premium section
- toggle button to activate or deactivate the automatic renewal
Expiration of your payment method
If your credit card information is no longer valid at the time of renewal, your plan will be extended by a few days and you will receive an email from our provider Stripe to enter a new payment method.
