How to leave Premium
❤️ All your plays remain freely available for reading even when you are no longer Premium. No play is deleted.
If you have a SOLO on a play.
You stay Premium on this play as long as you want. This offer is not a subscription, it is a one-time payment for this play.
If you have an Unlimited Premium.
Auto-renewal disabled
By default, auto-renewal is disabled. At the end of the subscribed period, you will leave the Premium benefits. You are free to take out a new unlimited plan for the period of your choice.
If you had subscribed to the Unlimited by an In-App Purchase (payment processed by Apple), there is no renewal because the subscription is not automatically renewable.
To disable automatic renewal
If you had enabled automatic renewal, in accordance with our TOS, you may discontinue this subscription at any time. From then on, future payments will be cancelled but you will continue to benefit from the Premium plan until the end of the current period.
- Click on your Profile picture, at the top, then Settings.
- Go to the section Premium✨ then disable automatic renewal.
- It will take effect immediately, but your Premium plan will remain active until your subscription expires
Request to unsubscribe by e-mail.
If you wish, you may request to unsubscribe by e-mail. In this case, send an e-mail with the title "unsubscribe request" to the address resiliation[@robase]imparato.io from the e-mail address with which you access the Imparato service (required so that we can identify you). In accordance with our TOS, this request must be received no later than 48 hours prior to the renewal date of your current subscription to ensure that your subscription will not be renewed.
