How to pilot a Company Plan
Your Imparato account has a Company Plan
You have just subscribed to a Company plan and we thank you for it. This plan is valid for a given duration (3, 6 or 12 months) and for a given number of actors (5 or 10 or 15 etc etc ..).

This Company plan allows you :
- to have a access Premium on all your plays. You will therefore be able to freely perform audio rehearsals on all your plays during the period of the plan
- offer Premium access on your plays to actors of your choice (within the limit of the number of actors defined by the offer)
A Company Plan is always carried by a unique Imparato account which will have to manage the sharing of texts and the actors who will have access to them.
Sharing plays
To share a play (or plays) with other actors, you just have to create one or more companies, depending on your needs. There is no limit to the number of companies you can create.
Once the company has been created, you can upload your plays.

Inviting actors
You can invite as many actors as you want, in one or more companies.
Be careful though. At the end of each month we count the number of invited actors who have performed audio rehearsals on your plays. This number must not exceed the number of actors in your offer. In this case, after a friendly reminder, we may suspend your account until you correct the situation (readjustment to the right level or deletion of the excess actors).
On the other hand, the system we have set up allows you to regularly change the guest actors__. If you have an offer with 5 comedians, you can very well have 5 different comedians every month 😊
