I can't log in
If you are unable to connect
1. If you have been invited to join a company
This is the most common case. If you have been invited to join a company by another Imparato user then you must IMPERATIVELY accept the invitation or you will not be able to log in.
How to check if you have been invited?
Look in your mailbox for an email entitled "You are invited to join a company on Imparato" sent by support@imparato.io.
Once you have found it, open it and click on the green button "Join the company of XXXXX". We will then ask you for a username and a password. That's it! Your registration is finalized and you can connect.
I can't find the email, what can I do ?
Ask the person who invited you to re-invite you.
Otherwise, contact the support at support@imparato.io.
2. If you forgot to confirm your account
When you register with Imparato, we always send you an email so that you can confirm your email address. If you have not confirmed your email address within 14 days of registering, we will block your account. Indeed, we want to be sure that the email address you use to create your account is valid.
If you forgot to confirm your account, we can resend validation instructions.
3. "An account already exists with this email" (message at login)
If you see this message when you want to log in to the application or site, you are probably on the ACCOUNT CREATION screen.
To log in, you need to enter your credentials on the LOGIN screen. Tap the "Login" button (top right on mobile) and you will be able to enter your credentials to log in.
4. If you have forgotten your password
Click here and we will send you your password again.
Otherwise, you will find the "forgot password" link on the login page of the site or on the application.
