I made a mistake in an email address

You made a mistake when entering the email address of a guest in a troupe

Don’t worry, it’s not a big deal. Here’s how to fix it:

  • Log in to the Imparato website using your credentials.
  • In your list of scripts, locate the troupe that contains the guest with the incorrect email address.
  • Click on the name of the troupe. A troupe management page will open. If the name is not clickable, it means you are not the owner of this troupe — please contact support.
  • At the bottom of the page, in the Members list, click Remove next to the incorrect email address.
  • At the top of the page, in the Invite to join section, enter the correct email address of the guest and click Invite.

The guest will receive an invitation email if they have never created an Imparato account. Once logged in, they will see the script(s) you shared with them in the troupe.

  • Tap on the name of the troupe. A troupe management page will open. If the name is not tappable, it means you are not the owner of this troupe — please contact support.
  • At the bottom of the page, in the Members list, tap member > _next to the incorrect email address, then scroll down and tap _Remove from band.
  • At the top of the page, in the Invite an actor section, enter the correct email address of the guest and tap Invite.

The guest will receive an invitation email if they have never created an Imparato account. Once logged in, they will see the script(s) you shared with them in the troupe.
