Message: Rehearsal unavailable without network


This error only affects the mobile application.

This message is displayed when Imparato or your device is unable to retrieve your lines from our servers and believes your device is not connected to the internet.

  • First, make sure you are connected to the Internet (go to any website)
  • Quit the application completely then reopen it again, and try again

If the problem persists, there may be an incident on our infrastructure. If this is the case, you will find a page informing you of the situation in the FAQ.

To prevent this problem from happening next time, make sure you enable offline rehearsals to be able to rehearse independently from any internet connection.
