Add a note to your script
Adding a note to your text is easy.
- Hover your mouse over the line where you want to add a note.
- A small note icon will appear in the margin. Click it.
- Type your text.
- Choose a color and confirm!
And that's it.
Your note will appear above the line. The available colors, bright like a highlighter, also serve as a visual reference.
💡 And if the note is for the whole company, enable note sharing so it’s visible to all the actors the text is shared with!
Important: A note added to the text from the website is visible on the same text when you access it from the app.
Here’s how to add a note directly to your text while using the app.
- Long-press the line you want to annotate
- Select the "Annotate" option
- Enter your text
- Pick a color and confirm!
And that’s it.
