A major fire at one of our hosting providers (OVH) disrupted some of our services on March 10, 2021. We have adapted our infrastructure accordingly; all services are now operational.

- Automatic processing of uploaded texts: Restored at 12:30 PM
- Receiving emails at our @imparato.io addresses: Restored at 9:00 PM
The following services were not affected:

- Editing a text: Operational
- Reading a text from the app or website: Operational
- Italian rehearsal on an already vocalized text, from the app or website: Operational
- Sharing a text: Operational
- Adding a text from the Text Library: Operational
- Opening a ticket on the support page: Operational
