My vocalization seems stuck, what should I do?
Vocalizing a text usually takes a few minutes. Depending on the length of the text and how busy the service is, you should expect it to take about ten minutes on average.
If your text seems stuck during vocalization, start by checking that the interface is showing its most recent status.
On the website
Simply refresh the page to update the vocalization status.
Vocalization is taking longer than expected
Occasionally, the system may slow down, especially during peak times. Processing can then take a bit longer.
If your text is still marked as "vocalizing" after 30 minutes, contact our support so we can look into it:

From your list of texts, pull the page down to refresh its content.
Vocalization can also be started automatically from the app when you upload a new text. Again, refreshing the list will let you check if the processing is finished.
