I'm being asked to pay even though I've already purchased my Solo

Caro

You’ve already purchased a Solo for your script, but when you start a rehearsal session, Imparato asks you to pay again.

Here are the possible causes and their solutions:

  • You might have multiple instances of the same script in your troupe, and you’re starting a rehearsal session on an instance that doesn't have the Solo.
Solution: Locate the version of the script that has the Solo and make sure you start the rehearsal session on that one.

  • You (or a troupe admin) may have deleted the script that had the Solo.
Solution: The Solo was deleted along with the script. Contact support to see if they can help.

  • You recently made changes to your script that deactivated your Solo.
This can happen if you modify more than 10% of the text more than 6 months after purchasing the Solo.
Solution: You’ll need to purchase a new Solo for the current version of your script.

  • Though rare, it’s also possible you bought a Solo with one Imparato account but are now logged in with a different account.
Solution: Make sure you’re logged in with the same Imparato account you used to purchase the Solo.
